KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Digital Communication :
- Executing digital & social media strategy.
- Developing digital activations to support key business objectives.
- Managing day-to-day operational aspects of social media platforms and / or projects.
- Developing, adapting & posting contents on social media accounts.
- Community management influencer engagement.
- Online media planning (automated and not; video / display / search / social) & buying optimization.
- Creative Production :
- Gather needs from corporate and regional teams and define production schedules.
- Once agreed with Director, prepare briefing for creative production aimed at bringing to life the Maison’s DNA.
- Contact talents and creative agencies, share briefings, collect debriefings.
- Define production plans in view of assets needed; supervise production.
- Negotiate and supervise rights.
- Gather all indicators to assess campaigns' effectiveness.
- Monitor budgets, invoices, and talent payments.
JOB PROFILE
- 3 / 4 years background in digital media with competence in creative production (alternatively : background in creative production with competence in digital media). Previous experience in luxury considered a plus.
- Exceptional writing and visual communication skills.
- Ability to understand and respect cultural nuances and keep them into account in all media productions.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Analytical, with exceptional organisation skills and problem-solving attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
- Collaborative team player.
