Product Engineer

We’re looking for a product-oriented engineer to work closely with our product lead and CTO to shape, prototype, and ship product experiences.
\n
This is not a traditional PM role. You’ll talk to customers, explore workflows, prototype ideas, and contribute to building the product.

What you’ll do

Join early client conversations to understand workflows and pain points
\n
Turn ambiguous needs into clear product directions
\n
Define and contribute to short and long-term roadmap
\n
Create wireframes, flows, and product specs
\n
Prototype quickly using modern tools and AI
\n
Validate ideas before full implementation
\n
Contribute to building features when needed
\n
What we’re looking for
\n
4–8 years in product engineering, technical PM, or full-stack roles
\n
Strong product sense and UX intuition
\n
Coding experience with Python and/or Typescript
\n
Ability to prototype independently
\n
Comfortable with APIs, web apps, and modern stacks
\n
Strong communication and customer understanding
\n
Hands‑on with AI tools for fast iteration
\n
Nice to have
\n
Experience with AI or automation products
\n
