We are looking for an Office Manager for a Private Equity Firm, part of an international Group, located in Milan. Main activities: Responsible for the general operation of the Milan office First point of contact for all administrative matters of the Milan office, the Investment Advisory team, and external business partners Liaising and coordinating with external vendors Answering incoming calls and handling mail Responsible for office supplies and inventory Planning, preparing, and coordinating meetings Arranging domestic and international business travel and managing travel expenses Monitoring and managing office expenses Observation of team dynamics, motivation support, and active participation in office life Requirements: At least 2 years' experience as an office manager, team, or personal assistant Excellent MS Office skills, including Excel. IT savvy, interested in finding solutions to make working life easier Fluent in Italian and English; German is a plus Well organized, with a hands-on attitude Understanding of the importance of confidentiality Strong communication skills and service orientation Strong team player, interested in building relationships with colleagues in the Frankfurt and Luxembourg offices Rif.
