For our school in Cernusco sul Naviglio we are looking for an energetic and fun English Teacher/Academic Coordinator to join our team!

Responsibilities
* As our teacher you’ll learn to:
o Prepare your classes using Kids&Us’ lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.
o Monitor your students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals.
o Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children.
o Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.
* As a coordinator you’ll have to:
o Supervise academic processes following Kids&Us policies and method
o Support the director in teaching and administrative activities of the school
Requirements
* Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
* Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher)
* Have a Certificate of Carichi Pendenti with no previous record.
* Interest in working with children
* Planning and organisation skills
* A team player: if you’ve played on a team, you’ll fit right in!
We Offer
* Fixed-term until the end of December 2025;
* 8 hours per week as a coordinator and 5 hours per week as a teacher (in total 13h per week).
