Summary
The new resource will be part of Knauf Italy's Manufacturing area in Gambassi Terme and will focus on the management and implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies within the company, in the development of projects and investments, and in the continuous improvement of industrial processes.
Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with regulations, including all legal requirements (fire, pollution, accidents, etc.) and occupational safety standards (noise, injury risk, etc.) according to national or European law.
* Implement projects such as LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out), HRC (Hazard Risk Control), OPL (One Point Lesson).
* Manage projects in a CAPEX environment, including risk analysis and removal of investment roadblocks.
* Develop detailed project plans (resources, budget, time frame).
* Participate in environmental and sustainability system audits and follow up on actions.
* Support facility for audit management (HSE, 5S, Environmental & Fire Audits).
* Obtain and maintain certifications (ISO 14001, ISO 50001, A.U.A.).
* Independently plan, implement, and manage assigned projects.
* Measure project performance using appropriate systems, indicators, tools, and techniques.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering and relevant industrial experience.
* Fluent in Italian and English.
* At least 3 years of experience in industries involving HSE, maintenance, and project management.
* Experience in industrial process environments.
* Knowledge of electrical systems and plant maintenance is a plus.
* Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and laws.
* Ability to manage and coordinate HSE activities within the company.
* Good knowledge of PC and Office suite management.
* Excellent communication and training skills.
