This role is key in supporting pre-sales activities, developing marketing content, and providing technical expertise for complex analytical equipment, especially in X-ray analytical technologies such as SAXS/SANS and XRD. The ideal candidate combines scientific expertise with marketing skills, with a passion for customer success, teamwork, and effective communication. Key Responsibilities: Business Development Support Promote a collaborative, customer-centric culture. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to align strategies for growth and customer satisfaction. Scientific Expertise & Market Engagement Utilize advanced knowledge of X-ray analytical tools to support product development and demonstrate their applications. Work with Marketing to create use cases and content that highlight product benefits. Assist Sales in analyzing customer challenges and proposing solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and communicate technical value effectively. Product Deployment & Evolution Collaborate with Product Managers and Marketing to develop promotional materials. Support customer communications about product updates. Analyze market needs and guide product strategy. Perform market segmentation and competitive analysis.
