Ph3WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY /h3 ul liTake responsibility for your department results across all customer channels, ensuring that your action plan supports the store commercial priorities. /li liFollow up on performance and take action using effective solutions and best practices. /li liEnsure the shop is always in excellent shape, fully and efficiently stocked, and that the product range is presented in ways that inspire customers across all touchpoints. /li liActively steer sales on key products and services, securing proper forecasting and managing product life cycles to maximize sales and long term profitability. /li liIdentify commercial opportunities and react quickly to market changes by monitoring key KPIs, analyzing customer needs and feedback, and reviewing availability data. /li liCollaborate closely with the store commercial team and your counterparts in the Head Quarter to support alignment, share insights and adopt proven practices. /li liWork proactively with the HR team to secure the right number of competent co-workers in the right place at the right time, ensuring a strong customer experience. /li liEnsure your team has a strong sales mindset, solid product knowledge, and a good understanding of available services so they can support customers throughout the shopping experience. /li liRecruit, onboard and develop your team, supporting individual growth and building a strong succession plan. /li liActively contribute to sustainability initiatives by ensuring that sustainability priorities are reflected in the store offer and daily operations. /li /ul h3WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE /h3 ul liProven experience in sales. /li liKnowledge of sales techniques, local market dynamics, sales channels, customer behaviour, data analytics and sales KPIs. /li liAbility to identify business opportunities within the local market. /li liAbility to understand customer needs and habits to promote an omnichannel approach. /li liAbility to make things happen, set priorities and make decisions with a focus on flexibility, speed and simplicity. /li liStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trustful relationships. /li liAbility to organise and prioritise multiple tasks and processes. /li liAbility to measure performance, follow up on results and use insights to improve operations. /li liGood knowledge of Italian and English. /li /ul h3WE CARE FOR PEOPLE /h3 pAt IKEA we cultivate an inclusive work environment where everyone feels welcomed, accepted, respected, acknowledged for its uniqueness and where we work together in a supportive climate regardless age, gender, religion, sexual orientation, family situation and ability. /p pOur recruitment process may include recorded video interviews, digital platforms, and assessments (e.g., logical–numerical or aptitude tests). /p pIf you have a disability or any specific needs you’d like us to be aware of, please feel free to share this with us during your first contact with our recruitment team. /p pWe’ll make sure you receive the support and accessibility you need to fully engage in the process. /p h3WORKING WITH US HAS ITS REWARDS /h3 pBeing part of the IKEA team has many benefits.
