R&D Product Supervisor Funzione: Responsabile Ricerca e SviluppoCategoria: Ingegneria / Ricerca e Sviluppo / LaboratorioLuogo di lavoro: Cermenate, Como Adecco Italia SpA is looking for a R&D Product Supervisor to join the R&D Team based in Cermenate (Co), Italy.The position will play a crucial role in supporting the Global R&D Team and you will be responsible for driving new product development and improvement projects from the concept to the commercialization along the Innovation process, ensuring Brand Quality and Food Safety standards. The role will be also responsible of technical aspects from the lab to the plant.Main activities:Scouting and testing of new ingredients and technologiesProduct formulation using both technical and culinary approaches, with a focus on ingredient interactions during the production process, taste optimization, and recipe developmentSupport to Marketing in tasting sessions and consumer researchCoordination of industrial trials and oversight of pilot production in collaboration with Operations and Quality teamsSupport to Industrial and Supply Chain teams in production transfer and backup production activitiesPreparation of technical documentation, including recipes, technical sheets, nutritional value definitions, and process descriptionsReporting on experiments, tests, and development projectsClose collaboration with global Marketing teams to ensure product development aligns with brand strategies and market demandsContribution to the definition of technical solutions that support breakthrough innovation, in line with the company's long-term strategy Your team:You will report directly to the R&D ManagerRequirements:Education: Master Degree in Food Science and Technologies or similar;Work Experience: Minimum of 7-8 years in a similar role;Technical Skills: Good knowledge and passion for Food Industry;Language: Proficiency in Italian and English is required, Spanish/French is nice to have;Avalilability to travel;360° technical apporach;Detail-oriented, analytical skillTeam leading, multifunctional team working spiritPrevious experience in thermal process (e.g. pasteurization and sterilization) and in regulatory in international markets context is a nice to have What's in for you:Work location: Cermenate, ItalyContract type: PermanentWorking Hours: Full TimeRemote Working: Standard business hours with remote working options available Disponibilità oraria: Full Time Titolo di studio minimo: Comune e/o quartiere: Cermenate, Como Link annuncio: https://www.lavoratorio.it/annuncio-lavoro/r-d-product-supervisor-como/18657969.html
