Pardgroup, a leading company in integrated services for retail and large-scale distribution, is looking for a new Project Manager to join its General Contractor Team.The new colleague will carry out the following activities:
Coordination and supervision of retail fit-out projects;Management of the entire workflow, from gathering the brief with the client to developing technical drawings and supervising the construction site;Preparation of bills of quantities, cost analyses, and support in preparing offers for the client;Monitoring of project progress, considering deadlines, budget, and quality control, and resolving any critical issues;Verification of compliance with safety regulations and quality standards;Support in evaluating suppliers, materials, and subcontractors.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
At least 4-5 years of previous experience in a similar role;Previous experience in a general contractor company, operating in the retail sector;Knowledge of IT software and programs (e.g., Excel, AutoCAD);Fluency in English;Availability for frequent travel, with the option of overnight stays, within Europe;Flexible and collaborative attitude, with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
