State Street Bank International GmbH (SSBI) is seeking a Business / Operational Auditor, Officer to support our Corporate Audit Department. The role involves providing independent assurance and advisory services to add value, minimize risk, and enhance the control environment of SSBI and State Street globally. The successful candidate will engage regularly with executive management, gaining insight into daily operations and governance processes.
This position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote and office work to suit your needs and role requirements.

* What you will be responsible for
As Business / Operational Auditor, you will:
* Participate in planning, executing, and completing risk-based audits aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Support recommendations for internal control improvements and prepare audit reports highlighting key risks and issues.
* Assess risks and controls independently to enhance risk management and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and business needs.
* Document audit work following risk-based methodologies and industry standards.
* Build strong relationships within the Corporate Audit team and across the organization.
* Develop a thorough understanding of the company's operations and establish effective business relationships.

Education & Qualifications:
* University degree in economics, statistics, business administration, or related fields.
* 3-5 years of audit, compliance, or risk management experience in finance; experience in custody, fund administration, depositary, or international audits is advantageous.
* Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA are preferred.
Additional requirements:
* Willingness to travel mainly within Europe.
