We are seeking an IT Infrastructure & Operations PMO to support MSC Cruises in major global infrastructure and operations transformation programs. You will work closely with Business and IT Program and Project Directors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Collaborate with dispersed business and IT teams to establish delivery governance, controls, tools, and standards in Infrastructure & Operations; Create, maintain, and improve detailed project schedules, including critical path analysis and change management; Lead communication strategies for IT Infrastructure & Operations activities, ensuring seamless communication among teams, stakeholders, and vendors; Monitor progress against plans and oversee status reporting; Implement and manage risk management plans, addressing and supporting recovery from risks and issues; Oversee quality control and enforce phase gate processes; Ensure benefits realization and track KPIs; Plan projects supporting program implementations; Schedule workshops and meetings to support programs; Maintain strong relationships across business and IT teams, challenging processes when necessary. Qualifications: Fluency in English (oral and written); proficiency in another European language is a plus; Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; At least 5-7 years of experience in consulting or IT departments of large organizations; Experience in hybrid cloud transformation and adoption programs; Experience in IT Operations transformations like Agile, DevOps, AIOps, NoOps; Detail-oriented with a big-picture view; Skilled in change management and issue resolution; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously; Excellent collaboration, program, and project management skills; Highly organized and self-motivated; Strong stakeholder management skills; Committed to company values: accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, teamwork; Inclusive mindset promoting these behaviors.
