You will support the Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing commercial offers and technical descriptions of the applied products and technology, determining costs, preparing final documentation, and serving customers proactively. /ph3Reporting and Responsibilities /h3ulliThis position reports to /liliYour responsibilities include: /liliFormulating bids that fully address customer needs and offering the most efficient and cost-effective solutions in line with ABB policy. /liliEnsuring the timely and accurate formulation of tender documents through coordination with relevant stakeholders. /liliManaging all aspects of the bid — including technical financial — in line with ABB standards. /liliServing as a liaison between all stakeholders. /liliConsolidating bid information into well-organized, competitive, and appealing responses. Deliverables include pricing, scope, list of technical and commercial exceptions, references, schedules, technical support documentation, certificates, TCs, etc. /liliSupporting the local Sales organization and customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in preparing demanding offers. Providing technical support during meetings, product presentations, negotiations, and offering product/solution/service-related training. /liliDefining costs for the proposed solution and communicating them to the Sales organization. Participating in the risk review process as per ABB policy. /liliAnalyzing customer needs and competitor offers through market information and sales insights. /liliPerforming lost proposal analysis, identifying potential causes, and recommending future actions in cooperation with Sales and the Local Business Unit to improve results. /li /ulh3Your Background /h3ulliDiploma or degree in a technical or economic field. /liliAt least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role. /liliGood knowledge of Office Suite. /liliProficiency in English. /liliStrong teamwork skills, flexibility, and adaptability. /li /ulh3More about us /h3 #J-18808-Ljbffr
