Key Responsibilities
To participate and cooperate to shaping activities; To participate in feasibility analysis for new or to-be‑updated initiatives (Epic and User Story), evaluating the impacts for IT; To perform detailed technical analysis/Design; To participate in and supporting developers in development phase; To participate in IT delivery project planning, execution and stakeholder management; To test support and problem determination; To participate and collaborate in the definition of new suppliers and contract requirements; To break down requirements and technical solution into proper slice (User Story) thoroughly examining the costs, benefits and risks of various options prior to selecting an approach; explaining/justifying decisions in a logical and systematic fashion.
Requirements
* Degree in Information Technology/Engineering or equivalent.
* 6+ years experience in the same role in a complex environment.
* Excellent knowledge of IT architecture in place (for the relevant domain) and technical flows.
* Advanced experience in REST & SOAP application services development.
* Experience in front‑end solution design.
* Proven experience in application development with JAVA on/with J2EE platform, Spring, Spring Boot, JUnit testing, Test‑Driven Development and Spring Integration testing.
* Good knowledge of issue and code versioning tools (Azure and Git).
* Good knowledge of DBMS and SQL (Oracle, PL/SQL).
* Good knowledge of Agile paradigm and Scrum methodology.
* Good knowledge of UML standard.
* Good knowledge of microservices architecture and domain design model.
* Good knowledge of retail banking business.
* Good English knowledge (written and spoken).
* Strong synthesis and analysis and systemic vision.
* Good leadership capabilities, relation skills and negotiation skills.
* Teamwork, customer‑centric orientation.
* Soft skills: passion for technology, excellence in execution, result‑oriented, team player, problem solving, effective communication, ability to work under pressure.
