We believe that it’s only through strong investment in talent engagement, continuous professional development, support, and recognition that our people can exceed every limit and build a fulfilling career.Amplifon is working on boosting a Winning Culture that will lead our employees towards the future, starting from the improvement of our Winning Workplace.What we are looking forThe Global IT Salesforce Development Specialist will play a key role into the new Global Marketing, Technology & Innovation function at Amplifon.The resource will be responsible for design, code, test and implement new Salesforce software applications to meet project objectives and support new or expanding business objectives.The resource will develop the internal Salesforce instances, participate in research and development to continuously improve and keep up with the IT business needs and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements.The resource will facilitate the prototyping phases for innovation issues together with the Solution Architect.Key responsibilities including but not limited to:Manages deployments from developer sandboxes through integration, staging and test environments to production orgSupports Administrators with system administration, configuration and maintenance tasks where necessaryWrite source code, adapt existing components and unit, and test developed components following the guidelines based on salesforce platform best practicesEnsure that the design meets performance, security, usability and reliability, and scalability requirements.Conduct reviews, analyze, and modify programming systems that include coding, testing, debugging, and installing for a large-scale system.Implements, maintains and extends test automation frameworksConduct functional testing that includes user role testing, data analysis, and integration testing.Conduct internal client assessments which include as-is, to-be, gap analysis phased technology plans, project plans, and audit documentation.Building customer service tools related to SalesforceSkills/RequirementsKnowledge of Salesforce languages and technologies: APEX / Visualforce / LWC / SOQL / SOSLKnowledge of SOAP, REST API, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, CMSKnowledge of Salesforce platform configuration and administration methodologiesAbility to use CI/CD tools and versioning (GIT)Knowledge of development methodologies and structured programming techniques related to the salesforce platformField Service knowledge (Optional)SFI / Vlocity salesforce knowledge (Optional)Full timePosting Date: 2024-04-22
