They will also have the opportunity to have a leading role in other projects as the business develops in the region.CVs submitted must be in EnglishResponsibilities:Process the start to finish payrolls for multiple EMEA countriesSupport system integrations between HR and global payroll systems including resolving discrepanciesUpdate payroll in relation to salary changes for movements within the CompanyCheck the input of information relating to new starters i.e. tax, bank information etc.Preparation of monthly payroll related journalsAssist in the work on current expansion projects and ad-hoc reporting as the need arisesTest new set up, system enhancements, system updates and integrations affecting Global PayrollPrepare and process spreadsheets for variable payments/deductionsPrepare and bulk load spreadsheets to the payrollAssist with internal controls and procedures, including documentation and testingPreparation of 3rd party payments · Participate in different payroll projects and other opportunities as assignedHere's what we are looking for:Minimum 2 years experience working in payrollThe ability to work as part of a teamCandidates who hold experience with SAP and Employee Central Payroll will be at a distinct advantage.Proven computer skills including advanced ExcelAn efficient and methodical work ethic - accuracy and attention to detail are essentialAbility to meet deadlines, strong interpersonal skills and a professional mannerFlexible work style and ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing work demandsFlexibility to work outside normal office hours when requiredIdeal candidate:Experience in performing Italian withholding and social insurance calculations. Excellent analytical skills are essential. The candidate should be able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative, strong interpersonal and excellent communications skills.
