The role is a great mix of Business Improvement and Project Management, you will connect with teammates acorss regions to make processes easier and better!Our four pillarsChallenging & optimising Supply Chain processesSupporting and collaborating with other teams on their change management journeyPlanning and implementing continuous improvement initiatives/projects making sure they will be on time, successful and results are measuredMaintaining, expanding, and documenting the use of SCOR, simplifying the ways of workingYour responsibilities:Challenge and optimise the Supply Planning processes in Teplice, and provide an authoritative reference on processes and solutions for the End-to End Supply ChainSupport and lead project work to ensure advancements of the “End to End Supply Chain” team’s capabilitiesCollaborate with the Data & Analytics team to enhance the Supply Planning processes and ways of workingGuide teams to analyze data and communicate key insights effectively to the businessProvide trainings with regards to SAP, JDA, and other planning tools as well as SCOR, MS Visio and any other applicable Microsoft Power softwareDevelop effective documentation and material for training and educationCreate SCOR process models with internal and external stakeholders using MS VisioShow us what you gotIdeally you will have experience in Supply Chain, Project Management or improving business performance guided by advanced data & analytics. In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:University degree in Engineering, Administration, Supply Chain or EconomicsPassion for learning within the Supply Chain disciplineExperience within Supply PlanningCapacity to identify and act on process deviations and implement process improvementsExperience in generating and delivering presentations and training materialsPractice with Supply Chain dedicated SAP modules (i.e. MM, SD & PP) or other ERP systemKnowledge of data bases concepts and data analysis (SQL, MS Excel, Power Query, etc.) is a plusPractice with MS Visio or other process mapping softwareCertifications like ASCM (APICS), Oliver Wight, Lean or Six Sigma are a plusExperience with MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate & Power BI) is a plusFluency in English and Czech is essentialNow Take the Next Step
