Local Infrastructure Services has the responsibility for the local IT technical infrastructure, supporting the Schindler IT Services global strategy. This includes Technical Support (Network), Technical Support (Servers) and Helpdesk (User Support).
This is an exciting opportunity to join a completely new, collaborative and innovative team. In your role you have ownership for the following subjects:NETWORKManaging network operations and development in line with directions issued by the Schindler Group Network ManagerMonitoring the network in terms of accesses, traffic, performance, security Providing second level technical support to the HelpdeskProviding reports to the Schindler Global Network Technology OwnerSupporting Cyber Security and Compliance in audit activitiesSERVERSInstalling and maintaining the infrastructure (servers), ensuring its correct operations and availabilityManaging the server room (installed systems, access system, documentation)Managing backup operations for data on servers (with the support of the helpdesk, where needed)Monitoring servers in terms of accesses, performance, securityProviding second level technical support to the Helpdesk supporting the CISO in audit activitiesEnsuring the quality of the IT processes and of the delivered servicesWe Elevate...
