Ensuring VRV - Chart’s Success…VRV, part of Chart Industries Inc., is an important industrial reality present for more than 60 years in the international arena both in the design and production of pressure equipment for the Oil & Gas sectors, and in the engineering and manufacture of insulation tanks for the distribution and storage of gas in the Cryogenic sector, as well as a company operating in the Automotive HNLG business.This position will support finance activities and P&L ownership for segments and products within Europe operations. Position is accountable for financial activities including monthly, quarterly, and annual business analysis, supporting the business leaders in forecasting and decision making as well as supporting the segments annual and 3-year strategic plan.What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…Operate in a fast paced, cross-functional, and high energy environmentServe as the key finance business partner and finance subject matter expert for project forecastingManage P&L performance and product profitability alongside Finance and Operations leadership teamsAssist in forecasting and annual budgeting process, reviewing inputs from business, identifying key variances as well as risks and opportunitiesAssist in monthly financial close process, reporting, and variance analysisIdentify operational impacts affecting results by analyzing data, converting it into meaningful performance indicators and actionable itemsProvide ad hoc analysis and lead special projects, through self-discovery and as requestedRequirements & Preferred Qualifications will be…2+ years of progressive finance experience with a progression of roles that include financial analysis/financial modelingAdvanced business/financial modeling, analytical and quantitative reasoning; able to resolve business problems with well-structured analyses and communicate effectivelyExperience working in a manufacturing business or an advanced and demonstrated understanding of manufacturing accounting is a plusDemonstrated application of financial/operational and margin analysis to drive tangible business valueProficiency with business planning techniques and related development of key performance indicators and systems of accountabilityProven comprehension and ability to apply foundational corporate finance techniques to measure financial performance/returns and strong command of Percentage of Completion accountingExperience with SAP (CO and FI modules)Advanced Microsoft Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook,etc.)Fluent knowledge of EnglishProblem solving skillsResults oriented approachTeam working abilityVRV - Chart is an equal opportunity employerVRV – Chart Industries is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
