We are looking for a Sales Back Office Assistant for our branch in Arco (TN).
We offer a 12 months fixed term contract
YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE:
* Analysing of customer contracts and related clauses with all business functions to validate their contents
* Drafting of contractual formats to be shared with customers
* Management and monitoring of contractual activities:
-internal formalisation of contracts and related conditions in order to share them with all the departments involved
-operation of the fuel cost adjustment mechanism
-reporting, statistics and KPIs
-development of commercial reporting
* Managing internal reference and support of commercial stakeholders
* Participating in the improvement and efficiency of business processes
WHO YOU ARE:
* You hold a bachelor or master degree in Economics field
* You have done a simila role for about 6 months
* You know MS Office Suite
* You speak English
