Supply Chain is a service line in DNV Supply Chain & Product Assurance with the focus of supporting DNV clients to improve resiliency, efficiency, sustainability, and compliance of their supply chains, through a combination of audit, advisory, assurance and digital services. As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented Supply Chain Consultant for our Italian Local Unit.
As a Supply Chain Consultant at DNV, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with our clients to analyze, strategize, and optimize their supply chain processes. You will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, implementing innovative solutions, and driving positive change that directly impacts our clients' bottom lines. Your primary function is to consult Clients in a broad set of supply chain management issues, ensuring delivery according to applicable criteria and procedures, while ensuring high customer satisfaction, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager Italy.

Key accountabilities:
1. Develop supply chain strategies and operating models to improve resiliency, efficiency, sustainability and compliance.
2. Quantitative and qualitative analysis, across quality, time and cost performance dimensions using Excel, PowerBI or other analysis tools used by DNV.
3. Prepare deliverables (. reports or presentations) for supply chain management projects.
4. PMO and project governance.
5. Manage relationships with customers by ensuring strong customer focus by building trust and long-lasting partnerships.
6. Interact with relevant internal functions (sales, administration, planning, invoicing, for a proactive end-to-end management of projects, including our offices in other countries.

Supply Chain Consultant reports to Supply Chain Manager Italy.
Performance Measurement
Specific KPIs related to the tasks and responsibilities of Supply Chain Consultant will be established in the yearly planning process. Means of follow up are:

Position Qualifications
9. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration.
10. MBA or Master’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
11. Proven experience in supply chain management or consulting, with a focus on supplier audits, sustainability, risk management, responsible sourcing, and procurement.
12. Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
13. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Powerpoint and Excel.
14. Fluent in Italian and English.
15. Experience in a Big-4 or Big-3 company.
16. Proven track record in complex supply chain management projects.
17. Positive "can-do" attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, teamwork-driven environment.
18. High level of work organisation and autonomy: scheduling meetings, setting agendas, leading customer meetings and summarising evidence.
