We are aiming to drive the development of the digital economy, and together with customers and partners, to create a better life for all to enjoy. /p h3Purpose of the Role /h3 pAs a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end revenue growth process with H3C Channel Partners, by cross‑selling and up‑selling, program execution and adoption, success in promoting sales opportunities and strengthening the partnership relationship. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop new and manage existing channel partners who are willing to sell the products and solutions by instruction from headquarters. /li liPromote the company branding with distributors and partners together. /li liIdentify, recruit and onboard new channel partners to build business. /li liCoordinate with partners to identify new business opportunities for revenue generation. /li liProvide proposals, quotations, and pricing to partners. /li liDevelop profitable business models based on market trends and competitor activity. /li liImplement sales programs for product positioning and promotions. /li liConduct business reviews with partners and recommend improvements. /li liFulfill and act on verbal and/or written assignments, tasks, instructions and orders of immediate supervisors, other competent officials and authorized representatives of the Employer, should business needs require, and therefore are deemed to be production assignments. /li /ul h3Qualification /h3 ul liPossess at least a Bachelor’s degree in any field. /li liAt least 8 years of above experience in a distribution and channel management role in ICT‑related industry. /li liDemonstrated strong passion in sales and a good track record of achieving sales targets in a channel environment. /li liPossess strong passion for the technology industry, particularly in servers, networks, and generative AI technologies. /li liExperience in marketing and sales programs will be an added advantage. /li liEffective communicator and possess good interpersonal competencies. /li liWorking proficiency in English and Italian, willing to travel. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
