Senior Interior Designer with at least 10 years' experience\nFreelance\nWorkplace: Florence - Italy\nExperience: 10 years minimum\nWe are currently seeking for a Senior Interior Designer / Architect to join our expanding Florence team with a strong creative skill.\nMISSION\nDesign and management of international interior design projects, from Creative concept design phase through develope of the project.\nProduction of “As built” documentation, under the responsibility of the Creation and Development Studio Managers.\nMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nUnderstanding and analysing needs for project feasibility in direct relationship with the Managing Director.\nConducting concept, design and development studies of the projects, based on client’s briefs, liaising with all key contacts in connection with the project (client, project management, etc.) and the in house design and development teams.\nProviding expertise, monitoring and checking the entire design and development processes including preliminary and subsequent studies, budget constraints, project administration and scheduling.\nReporting to the Creation and Development Studio Managers.\n\nSKILLS\n\nPerfect knowledge and understanding of the luxury sector.\nProject management\nYou have a strong technical background and an established experience in design, development and on-site works monitoring for interior design projects.\nGood interpersonal skills and team spirit.\nYou are creative, organised, rigorous, and reactive.\n\nEXPERIENCE\n\nGraduate of an Architecture / Interior design school.\nProficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign (Rhinoceros and other 3D softwares appreciated).\nFluent in English is a must.\nFluent in Italian and/or French are a plus.\n\nPlease send your application, Cover letter, CV and Portfolio in English, using only the professionearchitetto web procedure\n
