Domestic Sales Area Manager

In Italy, we have more than 700 employees across five production sites, with brands including FIP, REDI, ASTORE, ISEA, and LARETER, serving sectors such as building, infrastructure, industry, and agriculture.

We are seeking a Domestic Sales Area Manager for the central and southern regions of Italy, reporting to the Domestic Sales Director in Italy.

The role involves designing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand our customer base in the assigned areas. The candidate will also build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding and partnering with clients.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Visiting clients to promote our products technically
* Managing sales across different brands and promoting our brand values
* Achieving sales targets, including price increase and overdue collections
* Analyzing competitor activities
* Developing market specifications
* Building and nurturing long-term customer relationships
* Taking client orders
* Supporting and guiding sales agents and representatives
* Adhering to driving safety regulations
* Collaborating with Technical Office to develop tailored offers for clients

Required Qualifications and Skills:

* Experience in sales and client management, with good knowledge of the assigned area and customers
* Knowledge of the plastic sector is a plus
* Proficiency in English
* Willingness to travel within central and southern Italy
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented attitude
* Customer-oriented approach with courtesy and competence
