Profile: Product Manager EMEA Sector: Durable goods and innovative solutions for Logistics Industries Business channels: Direct B2B channel Location: Province of Pordenone – Friuli Venezia Giulia Level and RAL: Max managerial level – RAL €55k-€65k Reporting to the Group Sales Director, the Product Manager will define a roadmap to maximize the value of the product family globally. Will support the Sales Teams (Italy and abroad) and collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Manufacturing. The role involves increasing responsibilities, contributing to achieving commercial objectives through market analysis and sales reporting. The role includes researching and analyzing technical solutions to meet the needs of both established and prospective clients, engaging with technical B2B stakeholders internationally and domestically in Supply Chain, Operations, and Logistics. Responsibilities include defining global product positioning strategies, identifying technical characteristics and market needs, supporting product development, and collaborating with Technical and Sales departments. The candidate will manage the Product Life Cycle, analyze markets and competitors, and participate in new product development based on market insights, managing complex technological projects. The role also involves communicating corporate sustainability policies, emphasizing the value of company actions. Focus areas include product improvement, proactive product planning, and market analysis to evaluate business potential and qualitative/quantitative aspects. Requirements & Skills: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in marketing and solid experience in international industrial contexts supporting Supply Chain. Skills in Pricing, data analysis, segmentation, product positioning, and technical drawing are required. Fluent English is mandatory; MBA is a plus.
