Reporting to the Sales Management team, you will act as a true ambassador for Lessonia and play an active role in our international growth:
* Promote our finished cosmetic products to clients in Italy
* Drive revenue growth within your client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities
* Initiate and manage development projects
* Respond to tenders, negotiate contracts, and ensure proper follow-up
* Provide regular reporting to the Sales Management team

Candidate Profile
* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in International Business, Sales, or a related field
* Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience, ideally within the cosmetics, beauty, or chemical industry
* Full professional proficiency in Italian and French or English (written and spoken)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently while coordinating regularly with international teams
* Willingness to travel
