Reporting directly to the Sales Director, this person will serve as the strategic and operational reference point for the development and stewardship of the brand in the nautical segment, both domestically and across international markets. The role calls for a strong commercial mindset, the ability to work independently, and outstanding interpersonal skills.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDealer network development and managementDevelop, manage and support the authorised dealer network in Italy and internationallyIdentify and onboard new commercial partners in target markets, consistent with the brand positioningContinuously monitor sales network performance, setting shared targets and development plansEnsure consistent brand positioning across all distribution channelsSales support and end-customer relationshipActively support dealers during negotiations with end customers, providing technical and commercial assistanceTake a direct and proactive role in high-profile negotiations with end customersCollaborate with dealers in managing events, boat shows and on-water demonstrationsCollect and analyse market feedback to inform the commercial and product strategyStrategic and brand activitiesRepresent the company at trade fairs, industry events and key appointments nationally and internationallyCollaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, after-sales) to deliver an excellent customer experienceProduce regular reports on commercial activities and market trendsCANDIDATE PROFILEExperience and educationAt least 2 years of proven experience in commercial or brand management roles within the marine industryIn-depth knowledge of the boat market and the dynamics of dealer networksDegree in Economics, M
