Based in Devon, in the beautiful South West of England, the company has over four decades of history and serves thousands of dance teachers globally. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager (Italy), located in Italy (we will also consider strong UK applications) with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Regional Sales Manager will serve as the key liaison between IDS and its customers in Italy. Duties include managing relationships with existing clients, developing new business opportunities, overseeing sales strategies, and ensuring revenue growth in the region. The role will also require close collaboration with other departments to address client needs and market feedback. Qualifications Strong expertise in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development. Proven ability in Relationship Building, Customer Engagement, and Negotiation skills. Knowledge of Dancewear, Performing Arts, or a related industry is highly desirable. Bilingual or proficient in Italian and English. Excellent Communication, Organizational, and Problem-Solving skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. Experience in analyzing sales data and creating strategic action plans for growth. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline is preferred.
