Has in‑depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market. /p h3What Impact You’ll Make /h3 pThe Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) – forged parts, is responsible for: /p ul lidriving quality for assigned suppliers, including quality plan implementation /li licollaborating with Engineering and Sourcing to select and approve suppliers through approval and qualification processes /li liowning supplier assessments, part/process qualification supplier results /li lidriving improvements utilizing supplier scorecards /li liowning ongoing supplier audits, and supplier monitoring ensuring compliance, and driving improvement plans where needed /li /ul pIn-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. /p pIn-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area. /p pThe role will work in full alignment and close collaboration with internal stakeholders including sourcing, engineering, manufacturing and project management to enable project execution excellence.
