Our Center of Excellence Implementation is looking for a YOU ACT As a Commercial Manager, you support project cost controlling in our large-scale projects. This essentially includes: Cost planning of our projects and the transfer of the order calculation into the respective cost budgets; Preparation of the project WBS. Support Planning Department in issuing the PRJ schedule during the Start-Up phase; Prepare the customer invoicing plan; Conduct project cash flow calculations; Support Supply Chain in issuing the Procurement Plan; Follow up on the progress of incoming costs during the procurement phase of the project – analyze savings/losses on the Equipment budgets; Cost control of ongoing projects in cooperation with the internationally involved SMS companies; Plausibility checks of the respective project resources together with the scheduler and the global budget responsible; Monthly deviation analysis and revision of cost expectations for the entire duration of the project; Ad-hoc evaluations for the project management team for decision-making; Optimization of controlling instruments and development of KPIs; Analysis to identify cost-saving potentials; Implementation and further development of monthly reporting to the project management team and the steering committee; Supporting the Project Management team with expenditure planning, liquidity planning, foreign currency planning, reporting on the annual financial statements, and billing for the project. YOU KNOW You have completed a degree in economics with a focus on Controlling or a comparable qualification. Additionally, we value: Several years of professional experience in Controlling within international plant engineering or project business; Experience working in international teams; Analytical thinking skills and a target- and result-oriented approach; Entrepreneurial thinking; Fluent spoken and written English skills; Good knowledge of MS Office applications and experience with SAP.
