Position
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant – APAC to join our team. The selected candidate will support the development and execution of the brand’s online presence and commercial growth across key APAC markets (China, Korea, Japan), with a primary focus on China.
This role will be directly involved in managing Chinese digital channels and e-commerce platforms (Little Red Book/Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Weibo, Tmall). The ideal candidate is a native Chinese speaker, culturally fluent, and capable of bridging global strategy with local execution within China’s fast-evolving digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Support the line manager in managing and operating the brand’s accounts, ensuring engaging, localized, and brand-consistent content;
- Coordinate content calendar planning, adapting global assets into culturally relevant local activations and campaigns;
- Monitor community engagement and platform performance, sharing insights with the global team;
Agency & Media Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the local Chinese digital agency for WeChat, Weibo, Little Red Book operations and media buying activities;
- Review content, media plans, and reporting to ensure alignment with brand KPIs and overall digital strategy;
E-commerce & Tmall Operations
- Oversee day-to-day operations on Tmall, ensuring accurate product listings and effective promotional activities in collaboration with the local Tmall Partner;
- Manage internal workflows across departments to ensure smooth delivery processes and effective communication;
- Support internal reporting and continuous process improvement;
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Chinese Language and Culture, or a related field;
- Previous experience in digital marketing or e-commerce is required, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or luxury sectors;
- Native Chinese speaker with excellent command of English (Italian is a plus);
- Strong understanding of Chinese digital platforms (Weibo, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Tmall) and local consumer behavior;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with digital analytics tools;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset;
