We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager with a strong background in pharma or electronics applications who likes to work in a competitive and multinational environment.

The Channel Sales Manager will have the chance to develop and manage our partners network, driving growth in both established and emerging markets.

1. Develop, manage, and optimize the partner network (distributors, resellers, system integrators, etc.).
2. Define and implement sales strategies for company partners aligned with company goals.
3. Initiate, develop, and close sales opportunities within the pharmaceutical and electronics industries delivering assigned sales targets.
4. Manage sales forecasting and reporting for the channel.
5. Prospect new customers and accounts within the territory.
6. Collaborate with different departments to ensure effective go-to-market execution and market positioning.
7. Continually work with the Marketing and Communications team to publish online content, tradeshow presentations, and assist in generating specific marketing materials.
8. Actively promote product lines by frequently meeting customers in person and virtually to develop new business opportunities.
9. Actively communicate qualitative and quantitative updates utilizing company CRM tools (Sales Force) and managing your own opportunity pipeline.
10. Demonstrate commitment to safety, both personal and for that of your colleagues.
11. Other duties as required.
12. BSc, MSc or PhD degree in Life Sciences, or relevant experience in these areas.
13. Proven experience (min. 3-5 years) in B2B sales roles, preferably with experience in managing indirect sales channels.
14. Strong knowledge of channel dynamics (sales through partners/distributors).
15. Understanding of cleanrooms and contamination control would be beneficial.
16. Strong communication and solution-oriented skills.
17. Experience with Sales Force or other CRM systems, and confidence with presentations and public speaking is advantageous.
18. Excellent selling and negotiation skills, strong customer orientation, proactivity and attention to details
19. Possess the ability to work autonomously from a home-based office/ visiting customers.
20. Be a visionary and bring creativity and innovation to the team, improve performance and spur change.
21. Fluency in English is a must.
