We're looking for a Global Category Manager to join our Performance Carbon Global Business Unit. In this key role, you'll lead our global sourcing strategy for a wide range of indirect categories — including logistics, packaging, PPE, facilities, and large Capex — working closely with senior stakeholders across EMEAI, the Americas, and Asia.
Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing :
* Lead end-to-end sourcing strategies for key indirect categories
* Negotiate global contracts and manage supplier performance
* Deliver cost savings and ESG-focused procurement outcomes
* Manage indirect spend across multiple sites
* Collaborate with stakeholders across supply chain, HSE, finance & operations
* Drive continuous improvement and implement category best practices
* Optimize global logistics, including freight, packaging, and warehouse layouts
Qualifications
What you'll bring :
* Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business or equivalent experience
* Proven indirect procurement experience in a multinational manufacturing environment
* Strong track record in logistics and supplier management
* Strategic sourcing expertise and contract negotiation skills
* Confident communicator and relationship builder across cultures and functions
* Comfortable influencing, questioning the status quo, and driving change
* Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus!)
