My job, Our future /p pReporting to the Country Manager, the bArea Sales Manager /b has the dual mission of promoting the brand's products and developing the quality of the network in compliance with the sales policy defined by the division. He advises and proposes solutions to meet customer needs and constraints. /p h3Job Duties /h3 ul liPromoting all the construction machinery ranges marketed by the brand (mini excavators, wheel loaders, tracked transporters and accessories) /li liDeveloping machine and product sales in B2B /li liDeveloping sales with rental companies and major accounts in B2C /li liControlling and monitoring network performance (Wholes and Retails) /li liBuilding action plans and monitoring the objectives defined for each dealership (definition of objectives in collaboration with the sales Director for Italy) /li liSetting up product training courses for the network, technical follow-up and evaluation of the salesmen /li liFollowing-up on price grids established by the division management /li liMaking decisions for exceptional discounts and/or price adjustments /li liAdapting marketing operations to dealer needs and requests /li liSetting up of the local strategy /li liManaging the distribution network - controlling dealers sales and the developed market share /li liParticipation and support in the implementation of dealer projects in compliance with the long-term manufacturer policy. /li liAt least 7 years of professional experience in sales /li liExperience in planning and implementing sales strategies /li liExperience in developing the customer portfolio /li liExperience managing and directing distribution network /liliFluency in Italian and good knowledge of English is mandatory /li liLocated in the Southern or Centre part of Italy /li liStrong communication and negotiation skills /li liAbility to work under pressure. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
