Key Responsibilities:
* Build relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote Hanwha and increase sales.
* Achieve sales targets through strategic market analysis and influencing decision makers.
* Engage in short and medium-term sales planning in collaboration with the Product Management team.
* Manage and develop network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program.
* Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities in designated regions and markets.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Consulting with end users, liaising with system integrators, and updating customers with product info.
* Growing project pipeline and revenue, creating new customer relationships.
* Reporting weekly on sales and project progress.
* Analyzing existing customer data, market segmentation, and positioning.
* Contributing ideas for marketing and product launches.
* Focusing on product/channel/customer margins and accurate forecasting.
* Achieving budgets and targets.
Requirements:
* Proven sales/business development experience, especially in CCTV or related technologies.
* Knowledge of the electronic security market, IT, and networking.
* Ability to understand customer needs and create professional proposals.
* Experience with CCTV manufacturers is a plus.
* Understanding of network video systems and topology.
* Educational background in business or technical fields is advantageous.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Strong relationship-building skills and motivation to achieve targets.
* Team player with excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure.
* Fluent in English and at least one European language.
* Clean driving license.
Note: This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel within Italy, primarily in the South region, with potential travel outside Italy.
