You will be responsible for communicating booking updates with our key excursion & transfer suppliers and destination teams to ensure a smooth Service Delivery operation.

ABOUT OUR OFFER
1. A job at TUI offers more than your basic salary which already starts at 25.000€ gross per year.
2. 1 - 2 days off/week.

ABOUT THE JOB
7. Quoting and booking requests from our FIT, tailor-made, and Group clients.
8. Create the proposal for the clients(where we don’t have anything on the shelves) and follow up on it.
9. Try to increase our conversation ratio and margins.
10. Proactive communication with B2B team/Supply to ensure the best proposal.
11. Filter requests following organization guidelines.
12. Oversees and manages hotel and land service reservations for groups and individuals
13. Ensure last minute operational changes and/or reservations
14. Ensure all reservations are managed in detail and suppliers receive them on time
15. Load correctly all reservations in the system
16. Send all needed documents (final details and vouchers) to the clients
17. Send the proforma invoice to the clients in advance when pre-payment is required
18. Monitor pre-payments both of clients and suppliers
19. Solve daily operational issues
20. Assist clients when on the spot through the emergency line
21. Re-check all reservations day by day
22. Monitor booking positions for groups and send weekly updates to the hotels
ABOUT YOU
23. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Italian is required. Other European languages would be advantageous.
24. Great organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
25. Experience in the leisure and Italian tourism industry .
26. Able to work in a flexible manner (including different shifts Monday-Sunday)
27. Able to solve problems independently and embrace our digital culture.
28. Easily adapt to working changes and quickly learn new skills
