About this Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with MCC distribution partner and customers to achieve design-win’s and increase account penetration.
* Promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers.
* Research and develop new customers and new business segments.
* Develop account strategy and execute business plan.
* Effectively handle customers' issues.
* Meet sales targets.
* Collect and summarize market intelligence information and provide feedback to the respective product team.
* Work in a team regionally or globally to achieve assigned tasks and objectives.
Education Background/Major:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of work experience in the semiconductor industry is essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, including negotiating contracts and closing deals.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, Channel partners and identify new business opportunities.
Fluent in English and Italian with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Other Requirements:
Availability for customer visits and occasional travel within the Europe region.
