We are hiring an Account Manager to support the growth of Fabrick in the Italian market.
We are looking for a person who is willing to scale the business through a proactive sales approach. You will manage relationships with Fabrick’s key clients and focus on cross & up-selling activities to ensure target revenues within the assigned portfolio. A strong understanding of technical concepts and close collaboration with sales, partnership managers, product, and engineering teams are essential.
What you will do:
* Be the main point of contact for our most important customers, managing a cross-industry portfolio (merchants, corporates, financial institutions).
* Shape, monitor, and share our KPIs with clients.
* Build relationships with the right stakeholders to succeed in day-to-day activities.
* Champion product improvements and help drive the launch of new features.
* Attend events to meet Fabrick’s clients.
* Work closely with executives within the business to drive sales strategy.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Strong business acumen and enthusiasm for working in an innovative area of finance.
* Knowledge of the payment/banking industry and B2B SaaS setting is recommended.
* Dynamic and KPI-driven.
* Capable of working well under pressure.
* Driven to succeed both individually and as part of a team.
* Ability to think outside the box and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
* Quick learner who can understand and explain complex concepts and products.
* Willing to travel, visit other offices, and stay in regular contact with headquarters.
* At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role working with enterprise accounts.
* Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (STEM, finance, or economics) or equivalent practical experience.
