Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Key Account Manager located in the Greater Milan Metropolitan Area, reporting to the National Sales Director, with some work from home. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing and executing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and analyzing market trends to meet client needs. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective account management practices.
Qualifications
* Proficient in Account Management and Key Accounts - 10Y+
* Strong Analytical Skills for specific market analysis and business planning
* Excellent Customer Service skills to maintain client satisfaction
* Experience in Business Planning
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in italian, english (french is a plus)
* Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
* Master's degree in Business, HRM, or related field
* Experience in strategic consulting in the career transition market is a plus
