PThe Renewable Sales Director—Power Renewables Europe plays a meaningful role in crafting and implementing Emerson’s growth strategy in the Renewables industry! /ppThis leadership role drives double-digit profitable growth of the Europe Power Renewables and Systems Software (SYSS) business. You will lead a dedicated Renewables sales team and collaborate with in-country Sales Directors to position Emerson as the supplier of choice for Renewable projects, consultancy, and lifecycle services. Join us in accelerating Emerson’s impact across Europe’s energy transition! /ppbIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be : /b /pulliTo lead the development and execution of sales strategies for the Renewables industry in Europe to exceed orders and profitability targets. /liliTo build, mentor, and guide a high-performing Renewable sales team (direct and dotted line), fostering collaboration across country teams within the SYSS Front Sales Offices (FSOs). /liliTo define go-to-market strategies and value propositions for Ovation Core, Ovation Green, and hybrid solutions, including Wind, Solar, BESS, and more. /liliTo develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty. /liliTo generate, handle, and grow a healthy pipeline to drive market share expansion across the Renewables segment. /liliTo collaborate with Lifecycle Care and Product teams to shape service offerings and influence product roadmaps based on market insights. /liliTo align with Emerson’s sales tools and processes (CRM, EET, etc.) to promote a data-driven, clear sales culture. /liliTo coordinate Renewables-focused marketing efforts and serve as the voice of the European market internally. /liliTo ensure timely reporting of business metrics (POR, budget reviews, etc.) and active participation in business management reviews. /liliTo set clear goals for the Renewables team and provide mentorship and development opportunities. /liliTo support regional budget planning, including bookings, GP, SGA, and headcount, in collaboration with the SYSS Europe management team. /liliTo uphold Emerson’s standards in Ethics, Quality, Trade Compliance, and internal policies at all times. /li /ulpbWho You Are : /b /ppYou are the first to spot possible future policies, practices, and trends in the organization, the competition, and the marketplace.
