About the Team
The Amazon LEO Commercial Revenue Operations (CRO) team is responsible for driving business strategy, product management, customer adoption, system development, and operations for LEO's commercial business.
Key Job Responsibilities
Work with product managers to design and architect business workflows for quote management, contract management, order management, and order orchestration; produce design artifacts including system architecture, solution design documents, and data models.
Implement solutions using technologies such as Apex, Field Service Management, Service Cloud, Order Management, and Order Orchestration.
Deploy solutions using DevOps and enterprise security best practices.
Monitor middleware performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations to maintain system efficiency and reliability.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership, guidance, and expertise to ensure successful integration projects.
Design, develop, and review Apex code to support complex business logic and integrations; serve as the technical lead and architect for the Salesforce platform, ensuring best practices are followed and technical debt is managed.
Oversee and mentor entry-level and mid-level engineers.
Export Control Requirement
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
4+ years of software development experience.
2+ years of experience with CPQ or Order Management and Order Orchestration.
Knowledge of deploying solutions using deployment technologies such as SFDX, Copado, and Gearset.
Knowledge of source control systems such as Git.
2+ years of Salesforce Development experience utilizing Apex, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
2+ years of designing or architecting new and existing systems with attention to design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience implementing Salesforce communications.
Prior experience working in large-scale implementations in the telecommunications domain.

Compensation Range
The base pay for this position ranges from $104,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
