Your duties and responsibilities
* Manage budgeting processes and provide sales consulting support.
* Collaborate with the Sales Manager to oversee and lead commercial negotiations.
* Proactively scout and identify new business opportunities, with a focus on acquiring new customers (80% of daily activity).
* Participate in sales events, matching, and meetings with clients to enhance business relationships.
* Spearhead the strategic development initiatives for the central-southern areas of Italy.
* Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand market presence and reach.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners in the designated regions.
* Analyze market trends and performance metrics to inform decision-making and achieve growth targets.
your profile
* Bachelor degree (business administration or engineer discipline) or industry equivalent experience
* Exhibit a proactive and professional approach to work, showcasing your ability to manage time independently.
* Work effectively within a team, fostering a collaborative environment.
* Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities in various business scenarios.
* Very good English knowledge (spoken and written) is mandatory.
