1. Responsible for establishing a channel system in MOVA Italy, including agents, secondary KA, OEM customers, etc.
2. Responsible for the utilization of market funds, and formulation of product and pricing strategies.
3. Optimize the distributor system based on the existing channel structure to ensure channel inventory supply, maintain market order, and ensure partner profitability.
4. Develop sales strategies aligned with company requirements, set quarterly and annual goals, improve marketing and management systems, allocate resources effectively, and ensure strategy implementation.
5. Manage regional sell-in and sell-out processes to ensure accurate sales forecasts.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, sales management, or related fields; experience in personal care small appliances, kitchen appliances, pet products, etc., is preferred.
2. Over five years of relevant local work experience, familiarity with the Italian market, and successful integrated marketing stories.
3. Strong market development and sales abilities, resilience under pressure, and extensive past experience.
4. Good interpersonal resources, team leadership, and project development experience.
