Customer Success Manager / Account Manager Italy (m/f/d) E-Commerce

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Represent Sovendus to our top‑selling e‑commerce partners in Italy.
* Work with Customer Success and New Business colleagues in Italy and Germany to support and develop partners throughout the entire lifecycle.
* Continuously analyze partner performance and implement optimization measures independently.
* Apply the expertise in upselling and cross‑selling to further develop partners.
* Prepare internal and external analyses and present them confidently at management level.
* Support the New Business team in onboarding new partners.
* Collaborate closely with Finance, New Business, User Experience and IT.
* Report to the Country Manager Italy.
YOUR PROFILE
* Strong affinity for numbers and confident use of advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools to create insightful reports and analyses.
* Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, even with challenging topics.
* Professional experience in sales/account management and, ideally, expertise in performance marketing, e‑commerce or the agency business.
* Self‑starter with initiative, commercial flair, and data‑driven actions.
* Excellent written and spoken Italian skills, good command of English.
* Network in digital advertising and/or performance marketing and/or e‑commerce is a plus.
* Fully remote by contract; requires availability to work from the office approximately one day every two weeks and to support industry events and trade fairs.
* Proximity to Milan is a plus.
