* deve avere l'abilità di ricoprire in assenza dei capo partita tutte le partite
* controlla la peculiarità e la presentazione delle varie portate
* supporta la brigata in caso di necessità
* collabora con la brigata nel riordino e nella pulizia del propri posto di lavoro
In agreement with and under the supervision of the Executive Chef, the candidate:Must be able to cover all kitchen sections in the absence of the section chefs.Ensures the quality and presentation of the various dishes.Supports the kitchen brigade when necessary.Collaborates with the team in cleaning and organizing their workstation.
