WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Enhance our strategy towards assigned customers through understanding of customer application portfolio
Conduct commercial negotiations with customers including quotations, contracts and annual price negotiations
Identify customer needs, drive the internal processes to find suitable solutions and manage the design-in activities
Lead sales and marketing activities for our product portfolio at customers under consideration of sales targets
Promote products for customer applications in cooperation with product management and new business development teams
Ensure customer satisfaction, find mutual understanding and create win-win partnerships
Establish and maintain a network across all hierarchical levels between us and our customers
Report defined KPIs on a regular basis
Align with our business units regarding customer targets and collaborate closely with business
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Academic degree in business or comparable qualification
At least 5 years of experience in a sales driven position
Commercial understanding, technical know-how desirable
Solution-orientation, customer focus and accountability
Excellent networking and presentation skills, self-driven and proactive
Fluent in Italian and English
Willingness to travel across Europe (up to 40% of your time)
Driver's license required
