Ph3Overview /h3pVectorBuilder is a rapidly growing biotechnology company specializing in advanced genetic engineering solutions for research and medicine. VectorBuilder has established itself as a global leader in gene delivery, including vector design and optimization, vector cloning, virus packaging, library construction and screening, stable cell line generation, and GMP manufacturing of clinical-grade plasmids, mRNAs, proteins and viruses. /ppVectorBuilder offers an online platform for designing and ordering custom vectors. This platform is used worldwide and supports a comprehensive portfolio of offerings covering gene delivery needs from bench to bedside. /ppWe are currently seeking an Account Manager to oversee the Southern Europe area to join our team. /ph3Qualifications /h3ulliDegree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics or related field /liliFluent in Italian and English (both verbal and written); Spanish and French are strong assets /liliHigh self-motivation and ability to work independently and collaboratively /liliStrong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills /liliConfidence and ease in engaging with clients in both academic and commercial settings /li /ulh3Preferred but not required /h3ulliExperience in account management or scientific sales /liliBackground in pharmaceutical / biotechnology industries (2+ years) /liliHands-on experience in molecular biology techniques (e.g. cloning, virus packaging) /liliProven ability to communicate complex scientific topics clearly /liliFamiliarity with CRM systems like HubSpot /li /ulh3Key responsibilities /h3ulliManage and grow accounts within Southern Europe /liliDevelop and maintain strong relationships with research institutions and key accounts, acting as their main point of contact through both regular on-site visits and virtual engagements (meetings, presentations, product showcases) /liliIdentify new opportunities via direct outreach (e.g. cold calls / emails) /liliMaintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and responsive support /liliCollaborate with the Regional Sales Director, internal teams, and fellow account managers to align on strategy, share insights, and ensure customer satisfaction /liliDemonstrate comprehensive knowledge of VectorBuilder’s offerings and communicate scientific solutions effectively /li /ulpInclusive of quarterly performance commission. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
