We invite you to join our team as an bOutside Sales Engineer /bprimarilyfor bNorthern Center Italy /bwithin the bGlobal Sales /borganization. /ppWith broad experience within process industry and automation projects related to Systems and Software solutions and project pursuit activities, you will be playing a key role in accelerating the business growth in new prospects primarily in bLife Science and Chemical industries /b. /ppIn this position, you will apply your industry relationships, technical proficiency and strategic business perspective to develop and sustain strong partnerships across client organizations, engaging stakeholders from engineering teams to the C-suite. /ppApplications are welcome! Our office is located in bSeregno, Italy /b. /ppbUnderstanding market needs and dynamics /b, developing and executing strategies and tactics to drive order growth and profitability. /ppbBuilding and maintaining strong relationships /b with decision-makers, influencers, and key stakeholders within customer organizations. /ppbUnderstanding customer pain points /b, business drivers, and operational challenges to position Emerson’s solutions effectively /ppbBuilding and strengthening customer relationships /b by visiting key clients to present and promote Emerson’s value proposition. /ppbMaximizing customer engagement /b through regular in-person meetings as well as other communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and webinars. /ppbNegotiating business contracts /b within the agreed Delegation of Authority, including terms on pricing, discounts, and volume structures. /ppbCollaborating with the sales support organization /b (both local and international) to develop winning sales and proposal strategies. /ppbMaintaining an up-to-date project opportunity pipeline /b in CRM tools and continuously enhancing product and technology expertise. /ppbActing with integrity and compliance /b, ensuring all business activities follow company ethics and Trade Compliance procedures, and raising any concerns appropriately. /ppstrongWho You Are: /strong /ppYou actively listen and check for understanding, and you adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse partners. /ppYou anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations.
