The Role
The candidate will be directly involved in floor activities and will be responsible for analyzing, structuring, and improving operational processes, acting as a link between methodology and daily operations.
The goal is to make production activities more efficient, standardized, and sustainable.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze operational processes (cycle times, methods, and flows)
Identify inefficiencies and improvement areas
Propose and implement process optimization solutions
Define and optimize work cycles and standard times
Support the industrialization of new processes or manufacturing operations
Operational coordination of the personnel involved in the processes
Contribute to cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives
Requirements
Degree in Management Engineering or a similar technical background
Strong analytical mindset and continuous improvement orientation
Problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach
Good communication skills and ability to work closely with technical teams
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Excellent leadership skills
Preferred xrdztoy Qualifications
Previous experience, even short-term, in manufacturing environments
Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Familiarity with mechanical manufacturing processes and workshop operations
