Offer
* Participation in and monitoring of the budget for each pharmacy in the area, ensuring adherence to personnel costs.
* Monitoring the performance of pharmacies concerning various services offered and supporting them in achieving their goals.
* Training and monitoring the team in compliance with company procedures, including health and safety regulations at the workplace.
* Checking the correctness of scheduling and shifts across pharmacies and assisting Directors in case of difficulties.
* Analyzing teams, proposing growth paths, evaluating compensation policies, or requesting disciplinary actions if necessary.
* Recruitment and selection of resources in collaboration with HR.
* Supporting, training, and shadowing pharmacists in all customer-facing activities.
* Implementing and verifying compliance with all policies and guidelines set by HQ, with the support of Directors.
* Coordinating all necessary activities for new pharmacies entering the area.
Skills and Experience
* Willingness to travel daily within the assigned area and to the headquarters.
* Extensive experience as an Area Manager in sectors related to pharmacies.
* Strong coordination and personnel management skills.
* Ability to monitor the achievement of goals for each pharmacy and develop strategies to reach them.
Additional Benefits
* Permanent full-time employment contract.
* Gross annual salary up to €50,000, adjusted based on experience and increased from current salary.
