Description
The Regional Corporate Chef is responsible for executing local product and application trainings, including start-up trainings for new employees. The role focuses on maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends in the Foodservice Industry and Culinary arts, contributing to the development of RATIONAL demo formats in collaboration with the National Corporate Chef. The position ensures continuous quality measures such as audits, coaching, and training. The candidate works closely with the National Corporate Chef, Regional Sales Managers, Freelancers, and Marketing teams.
Main Responsibilities
* Conduct local product and application trainings, including start-up sessions for new employees.
* Qualify and audit RATIONAL cooking events.
* Support the NCC in developing the local sales team.
* Assist in managing and developing an effective freelance network.
* Organize exhibitions, including shows, menus, training, application staff, HACCP, food logistics, and back-office tasks.
* Implement the RATIONAL Customer Lifecycle concept locally (Academy, Unit Introduction, Culinary Schools, ConnectedCooking).
* Create and execute application concepts tailored to target groups.
* Support local activities for Key Account and Sales teams.
* Collaborate with NCC on application support and development for Key Accounts.
* Work closely with the Service team to ensure optimal support in your territory.
* Provide application consultations via phone and in person.
* Gather and analyze local application requirements and food trends.
* Network with local chefs, consultants, and industry influencers.
* Ensure the highest quality of food in all events.
* Develop local recipes for ConnectedCooking and manage related training sessions.
* Ensure the quality standards of our Training Centers.
* Continuously train and coach RATIONAL Freelance Chefs.
Practical Background
* Experience as a sous- or executive chef.
* Strong food and kitchen knowledge.
* Experience as a culinary instructor preferred.
* Additional studies in business, nutrition, or hospitality management a plus.
* Previous experience with RATIONAL units.
* Experience working with partners or customers preferred.
* Understanding customer needs.
* Excellent presentation skills and ability to train.
* Fluent in Italian and English, both verbal and written.
* Proficient with computers.
* Willing to travel up to 80% of the time; valid driver’s license required.
